Hazards
There could be possible hazards when I go to take my photos for example there will be a lot of wires that will be exposed as the equipment that will be used all have wires, this being one of the main hazards as it could lead to tripping over the wires or getting caught up in them which could lead to further hazards. Another hazard could be the traffic on the way to the location of the photo shoot. Outside of the building is a large car park which will be full of cars moving as it will be at a busy time of the day. Furthermore bulbs in the ceiling could pop/blow which could cause them to smash meaning that the glass may fall on my self and whoever else is in the room. Plus the equipment that will be in the room at the time I will be taking my photos may not have been PAT tested this stands for Portable Appliance Testing, this means that they may be unsafe to use which could be dangerous when it comes to using them if necessary. Moreover a lot of the big objects in the room may fall over which could be extremely dangerous if they fall on someone or other valuable items.
Minimised
The actions that need to be taken to make sure that he wired to not become harmful would be to be sure that they are taped down with brightly coloured tape to make sure that it is clear for people to see. With the traffic it is safest to stay on the path away form any potential traffic cars that may be approaching. If the bulbs do smash I will have to make sure that I have a protective coating on them is that it will catch the bulb and the broken glass. One way that I can check to see if the equipment has been PAT tested is to ask the building and see if they can tell me if all of the equipment that I will be using has been tested. If the objects that I am going to be using fall, I will have to be cautious and know my surroundings when I am in the building.
Climate
The day and weather will not affect the photo shoot as it is indoors and all of the lighting is created by the lights that the building sue for normal photo shoots or video that they do.
Background
The background for my photo shoot will be plain white as I wanted to keep it minimal so that it allowed me to create a different look when it comes to actually creating the magazine and also so that I have a plainer background to change things with later on in the process. My photos are not going to be taken outdoors so that does not affect me.
Lighting
The lighting will not affect my photo shoot as I am doing it in a photo studio that has no natural light or any things that light could reflect off. Plus the lighting that I will be using will be able to be adjusted and changed to cater for the lighting that we need.
Permission
In order to take the photos at my chosen location I firstly had to contact the place and the person that is in charge of the photo studio and see if I could use it on the date and time that I want to. Then they will get back to me and inform me on what times are available and give me permission to use the building.
Other People
Other people will not affect the my photo shoot as it will be in a privately booked out room.
Other Aspects
I have a model to use for my photo shoot but I have already thought ahead to if the model cannot do it so I have got another model just in-case. I do not need props as I know what photos I want to take and non include props.
